The procedure for onerous contracts made by the IMDEA-Nanoscience Foundation is regulated in compliance with the principles of communication, competition, transparency, confidentiality, equality and non-discrimination. IMDEA-Nanoscience Foundation has the capacity to award contracts, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3.3(b) of the Government Contracts Act No. 30/2007.
